Awesome. And I meant, how long do your cycles usually last for? Like do you do your once-a-week routine for 2 months, then take a 1 month break?

Wow, congrats Jchi! This is fascinating. It does seem like you're getting the best results on here and doing waaay lower power and frequency than what's recommended.

How long do you do your once-a-week rounds for?

And do you notice a difference in erection quality soon after (like the night of)? Or is it not so immediately noticeable?

Damn...that's 3 for 3 faulty machines! Crap. I wonder if it's too late to return mine...

I emailed them at both: sales2@beautytsl.com and beautytsl2@hotmail.com.

Yeah, how are everyone else's machines going so far? No problems?

Quick update on the SW10C from Lingmei/BeautyTSL:

I used it for about 12 sessions (about 2x per week) before the handle broke. It just stopped making the shockwave sounds and I could smell a burning smell from the handle, but the fans and display kept running as if everything was normal.

I contacted Lingmei about it and they asked me to try replacing the bullet inside first, but that didn't work. Now they're asking me to send in the handle and they'll send me a replacement.

(You can read a more detailed summary of my experiences with this machine on the Introduce Yourself section)

Between my broken handle and Dick's 2 broken handles, it looks like Lingmei is not making quality products. Please order from them at your own caution!

@1214, have you had any problems with your machine?

@everyone else, how are your other machines performing so far?

It's an exercise to increase blood flow to the penis and can make it bigger if done consistently and carefully over a long period of time.

QUICK SUMMARY: I resumed shockwave sessions and it worked again for 2 weeks, returning me back to those strong erection levels. Then it mysteriously dropped back to old levels the day after my 4th session. And then on my 5th session, the machine handle broke. So now I'm waiting for Lingmei/BeautyTSL to get back to me. And EQ has stayed at old, lower levels since.

LONG UPDATE:

Alright, I've got another update for y'all...

So I did another 2 weeks of treatment (2x per week, 14hz, 90mj, 1000 each side, 500 each crus). A day after my first treatment, my stronger erections returned! Again, I felt like I went from 70% EQ to 90-100%. Strong night boners. And it took much less effort to get and keep an erection.

It stayed like this for the rest of the 2 weeks until my 4th session.

After my 4th treatment, the next day, my EQ felt like it completely dropped off again to old levels and it stayed that way for the next few days. I was pretty confused. I hadn't done anything different. One possible variable is that I had my strongest jelq session ever that morning - there was a lot of pump and blood flow and it felt like my cock was definitely expanding. But it's possible that it pushed my cock too far and so the EQ dropped afterwards? I did my jelq session that morning and then the shockwave session later that afternoon...maybe that was too much for my cock to take in a day?

I'm not sure. But for the next few days, my EQ dropped away to the previous levels.

And then 4 days later, I got ready to do another session. This time I dialed it down from 14hz to 13hz, just in case 14hz was too much for my recovering cock. But as I started the session...after about 100 pulses, the handle STOPPED pulsing completely. And I smelled a slight burning smell.

The handle display kept counting upwards, as if nothing was wrong. And the fan kept going. But no pulses were coming out of that thing. It seemed like it was broken.

I emailed the company (Lingmei aka BeautyTSL) for support and th

So I'm trying to figure out the best schedule for my shockwave treatments. I've been doing 2 sessions a week (Monday and Thursday). Did that for 4 weeks and then took a 4 week break. Definitely felt a strong improvement to my mild ED (felt like Erection Quality went from 70% to 80-90%) but it faded away about a week after I stopped treatment.

I'm currently on my 2nd round but am curious how professionals (Gainswave) and also how the studies have done this.

From what I've seen, it looks like a lot of Gainswave practitioners will do 2 sessions a week. Do they take a break after 3-4 weeks? And for how long?

I definitely don't want to over-do treatment and want to make sure I'm giving my cock enough time to heal and re-build from the treatments.

If any of you all have thoughts on what other professionals/studies do here, I'd really appreciate your feedback!

@Dick, I never messed with SSRI's because I thought the side effects weren't worth it. Plus, I have a low libido (I think due to some health issues) and I know SSRI's make that go even lower.

Alright, so I kept with my plan (2x a week, 90mj 14hz, 1000 each side, 500 each crus) for 4 weeks. During that time, I definitely felt improvements to my erection quality! My erections definitely felt a lot stronger. In comparison, it made me realize that my EQ for most of my life was around 70% at best. But with the shockwave, my EQ felt like it was usually around a solid 90-100%. It felt really great...at times like my cock was gonna burst if I did some kegel squeezes.

Around this time, I also started taking 5mg of Tadafil (generic for Cialis, bought from All Day Chemist) every other day, due to the study mentioned on Dick's blog. Not sure if I totally felt the effects from this, but it did seem to increase my spontaneous boners more from a low 10% to 25%.

And from the very beginning of my shockwave treatment, I noticed my night wood being a lot stronger and more frequent. Felt like I would often wake up in the middle of the night with a strong boner. I've always had night wood but this felt stronger and more frequent throughout the night.

Also, I've always had some scar tissue bumps where my Peyronies curve was located. It's not external on the skin, but was noticeable when feeling my cock. But it seems like the shockwave treatments has caused about 75% of those bumps to go away.

So after 4 weeks of this (8 treatments), I decided to take a break for 3-4 weeks. But almost immediately, about 5 days later, I felt my EQ dropping quite quickly.

Within a week, it felt like I was back to where I was before shockwave, where my EQ felt only around 70% strength. Night boners felt like they reset too. As well as the slight increase in spontaneous erections...gone as well.

I waited 3 weeks to see if I would have a positive boost effect later on, like Dzappa mentioned he got after

Hey fellas,

Huge gratitude to Dick and the rest of y'all for sharing your journeys on here. I've found it super helpful and am feeling optimistic that shockwave therapy will greatly help me with some lifelong issues. I thought I'd also share my experiences to help contribute to the pot of knowledge.

My story is a long one but I’ll try to be as brief as I can: I’m 33 years old and have had cock issues for my entire life. When I was a teenager, I had a very strong Peyronie’s curve that made it really difficult to have sex (I had to get a surgery which tucked the skin to straighten out the curve). On top of that, my main issue has really been premature ejaculation. Nearly every time I had sex, it felt like a stressful experience where I was just trying my hardest not to cum. At times, PE wouldn’t come up, but sex was still always stressful and always completely focused on not coming. So yeah, not much fun.

I tried everything I could to fix the issue (kegels, stamina training, breathing exercises, etc.) but nothing seemed to help. Then I started working with a sex therapist who was actually hands-on (she would put on gloves and help guide me to orgasm, helping to re-train my nervous system) and that actually helped a LOT. But I was still hit or miss - at times not having PE issues, but at other times it coming back in full force. And because of this, I still had a very difficult time enjoying sex. It still felt stressful as hell.

Around this time, we realized that my biggest hindrance was that it was difficult for me to masturbate and practice daily, on my own. I basically needed to spend elongated amounts of time masturbating and re-training my cock to enjoy sex and not be stressed by it, but I found I had a hard time maintaining an erection on my own. Masturbation felt stressful to me because I spent 90% of the time trying to get an erection and maintain it instead of being able to just enjoy it. And this seemed to be my biggest hindrance in solving my PE

Great plan J, keep us updated!

That study is fascinating. I'm definitely gonna think about incorporating tadalafil into my routine.

Are you thinking of taking tadalafil daily? I heard it stays in your system for 2-3 days, so I was thinking about maybe taking it 3x a week.

And do you have any recommended sources to purchase it? I know Dick wrote a post about getting a compounded tadalafil prescription for pretty cheap. In the past I ordered it from an Indian website and got it without any problems. Might be easier to do it that way rather than deal with the doctor.
