I cover the business end of my SW machine with a condom to prevent the pinching feeling that it gives. This makes it a lot more comfortable to use. But...I find that the condom collects dark metallic dust from the wear of the piston against the aluminum cylinder. This will eventually cause the machine to fail. Has anyone tried to lubricate the cylinder and piston to prevent wear?

I also have BPH and I'm curious how you administer SW to your prostate. I have a machine, but the head is way too large for prostate treatment. I've seen some Russian devices that are designed to deliver SW directly to the prostate.
This sounds promising for several reasons.

I'm still around. Due to time and privacy constraints I haven't been doing estim lately but...I tried jelqing while in the hot tub each morning and it seems to work also. I was not getting any usable morning wood until about 2 days into jelquing. I do 50 jelqs with each hand and voila, good 4/4 erections that wake me up each morning for some good sex. The results only seem to last for a couple of days and then limber again, so I usually do it daily. Try it, and you'll like it. The only thing, you have to be partially hard for this technique to work.

While browsing YouTube under Penile Massage I found a SW video using Gaineswave. The doctor appears to use a higher frequency than I normally use with less intensity with and . He moves it all around the shaft instead of keeping it in 3 places like most of us do, using what looks like silicone lube. As it sounds like 15 hz,; I usually use 10 hz, I tried this with the intensity set at 40 mj instead of my usual 70. I use a 15 mm concave tip covered with a condom to keep the silicon lube out of the handpiece and 5000 pulses.
I used this treatment yesterday and I was concerned that I might have done some damage as my penis had no response yesterday afternoon but this morning I woke up with a 4/4 erection which is unusual for me. When my GF work up I quickly got erect again and we had a nice long extended session. This was the effect of SW and my recent 7 day experience with mojo.so

A lot of my ED problems are in my head. Once I have a problem, it always comes back as a little voice saying "you're going to go soft before you're done." Searching the internet I found sojo.so which focuses on this. After a week of doing their exercises and meditations and listening to their therapy sessions things have been a lot better. They teach you to focus on what's happening to your penis and to block everything out. I find myself getting erect much easier and staying erect. Check it out. Nice long sex this morning and I haven't taken any pills for days.

I've used one in the past but other than some unique feelings when you are using it and a little growth in girth I haven't noticed that it has had any effect on my ED.
I have found that by stretching a silicone cock cap over the glans and circ scar will prevent the donut effect at the circ scar caused by lymph fluid being pulled to the weakest part of the penis.

The electrostim "crossfire" treatment was good for about 3 days before things got limber again.
The next 2 days were nothing like the throbbing monster that woke me up on the first morning but they were a good 3/4 which was good for penetration and duration. The 4th morning, penetration was ok but things quickly went soft. Probably some psychological problems there; fear of failure, a self fulfilling prophecy.
Hopefully I'll be able to repeat it again soon. My GF hasn't seen me "wired-up" yet and as we're both retired I have to wait for a private time.
Has anyone else tried this?

I just want to share my recent experience as it could help many of you our there.
I read most of these patent applications and was very interested in the one that used 4 stick on electrodes, placed 2 on each side of the penile shaft. These are connected so that each diagonally opposed set of electrodes are energized. As I already have a Erostek 312 electrostim machine I connected it up and tried it for 30 minutes, slowly increasing the power settings as the stimulation grew more comfortable.
That night, I had the most powerful and hard erection that I have had for years. I tried it again a couple of days later and I again woke up with an erection reminiscent of when I was 20 years old.
This led to a 30 minute plus sexual encounter with my amazed wife. And, I gave finally gave up, not my erection. It was as hard as when I started.
This method is non-invasive and exercises the smooth muscles in your penis that are highly responsible for strong erections. I read several papers on this and post mortem findings show that as we age, the bulk of our penile smooth muscles decreases, along with our abilities to have strong erections. So..it only stands to reason if we increase the strength and bulk of our penile smooth muscles, good things can happen.
As I've only used this on 2 treatment sessions, I'll keep you posted. In fact, as I write this, I'm using the electrostim machine on my penile smooth muscles. And it is not painful, in fact it gives a pleasant sensation.
This could also work with any good TENS machine as the ErosTek is fairly expensive.
This was 3 years ago and I tried it again yesterday and Voila! a first class 4/4 erection this morning with the best sex we've had in years. Here's the patent link
