They take eg a blood vessel from your six-pack and put it towards the penis, so there goes more blood to the penis. The long term betterment is only 50% unfortunately.

2001-2007, 17 patients diagnosed with penile deep dorsal venous leakage, ‘simple operative procedure’, 14 had normal erections again, 3 had when they took Viagra
It’s from china, don’t know if many do this
Also a Taiwanese doctor is specialized on something like this and calls it ‘stripping surgery’.

- pde5 inhibitors: viagra, levitra, cialis therapy
In low doses, each day before sleeping, for 2 months, helps erection quality longer term. Same version but more hardcore: the same with Trimix injections with doctor.
- Slight pumping
4x 3minutes at 3 HG (flaccid, semi or erect)
(build up to it, first day eg only 30sec)
- PRP Priapus Injection 'P-Shot'
Injection with stem cells or something simillar
Didn't really hear success stories with that
