The road so far

Thanks to everyone for your posts.I purchased the Ginha 1602 in October 2019.I wont go into too much detail but try to be as imformative as possible. So I can see from my history that I have wrote in my Calendar that I've kinda been all over the map as far as power and frequency and number of shocks.I started with the reccomendated treatment that came in an email on my request. In the meantime I have been following Dicklimpen ,yobro, and Chiwood with their methods. Also two videos on youtube. One by dr Lars Lund and another by Dr Joseph k.So I've basically been doing the three week(2 sessions per week)one week off plan.First 2 weeks P1 and F6 2000 to 2 places on top of penis and 500 shocks each crura.Third week jumped up to P8 and F6 and 5000 shocks. One week off.First week back P8 F6 and 6000 shocks.Follwed for 2 more weeks. One week off.Did the next three weeks at P12 and F6.In Jan 2020 I did another 2 weeks P12 and F6 and there was a 4 week break after that.I am a viagra/cialis user and can usually get penetration but pretty poor erection hardness and doesnt last long. There were moments when I thought maybe expierienced some improvement, but not sure if just wishfull thinking. After reading some of the imformation on Dicks blogspot site I have decided to start fresh with low power P1 and low frequency F2.So far I have done 1 week 1500 shocks and 1 week 2500 sticking to the top and crura.Remaining optomistic.......Zoz
