Device I bought above:
And am clueless how to use it... anyone have a similar device?
I am not sure of these things:
1) How often to use it
2) Should I use blue plastic heads or not?
3) Which head to use?
4) What should be frequency settings?
5) What should be Intensity settings?
6) How many ticks for penis?
7) In which regions of penis should it be applied?
I really have no idea and I can't seem to find a specific guide also. Any tips?

Which is the convex 15mm round head from all of those?
Also - how do you know the device is truly prducing electricity?

Also - how do you know legit electricity is being outputted?
Is there some way to test electric output from device?

It doesn't produce electrical shocks but mechanical shockwaves.

Wait. IF that is the case then why there are to settings for frequency and intensity?
I thought one was electric output?
Frequency is clear - how often it ticks, but what is intensity? How hard it ticks?
And what is the medical scientific process behind it working if it is not electric shock?

Starting at the beginning:
What are shock waves? (Turn on subtitles if you have trouble with their accent)
The science behind it - "Urology grand rounds - Shockwave Therapy for ED: Miracle or Hype?" - Alan Shindel, MD (University of California San Francisco)
I caution that I have a lot of issues with the video, but the mechanisms behind shock wave for ED is pretty well explained starting at 9:25 in the above video.
There are lots of abstracts of published research on shock wave for ED available for free at the NIH (U.S. National Institutes of Health) web site. I'll link one, and on the right hand side of the page you will find links to others:
The conclusion from the above research paper:
"Patients can benefit more in sexual performance from 12 sessions twice per week compared with 6 sessions once a week. Shockwave therapy can be repeated up to a total of 18 sessions. Kalyvianakis D, Memmos E, Mykoniatis I, et al. Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy for Erectile Dysfunction: A Randomized Clinical Trial Comparing 2 Treatment Protocols and the Impact of Repeating Treatment. J Sex Med 2018;15:334-345."
You have wandered deep into an area of current medical research where there are still a lot of unknowns. There is promise, but no guarantees and also some risk of adverse outcomes. Do your own due diligence - search engines are your friend! Good luck!
