Machine Malfunction?
Hi All,
I bought a Gainswave Therapy ED Electromagnetic Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy Machine Simlug on Amazon, and have just completed my fourth session. I'm doing three sessions a week.
The machine seems to work fine, except on the third session, I noticed that the P+, P- and F+, F- buttons no longer change the settings. Completely unresponsive. They worked at first, because I selected a routine from the different modalities and was able to then change the P and F settings up and down when I pressed the small silver buttons.
I am still able to run a routine by selecting the hip, shoulder, back , etc. buttons, but am only able to use the pre-programmed routine with no further adjustments.
Any ideas? Has the machine failed already, after just three sessions?

It's not broken. The same thing happened to me. The thing is that you can't change the P and F buttons on all of the settings (hip, shoulder). There is only one setting that allows it, and I don't have my machine in front of me to tell you which one it is.
