As I previously posted, I had experienced no long term results from my SW treatments.
Until...I spent a  month off the grid on our boat where things worked pretty well, but I think that was because there were no other distractions.  Once we were back home, things went back to normal; I couldn't get it up, pills didn't  help much, and when it worked, I only stayed  hard for a few minutes. My SW machine  just sat collecting dust.

About 2 weeks later, I got a new 5 mg Taladafil prescription from Publix pharmacy; 90 pills for $64. with a GoodRx.com coupon.  Things started working great, good hard sex every day with a 5 mg taladafil every 4 or 5 days.  

After about a month I realized that the only thing that I had done different to make this happen was to let things "heal" for 6 weeks.  I have never done that before and I have never had any positive results.  Now it's 3.5 months later and things are still working great.  Hard erections that last.

At first, I had  such hard and long nocturnal erections that I was worried about the 4 hour rule.

And to top it all off, I'm a 70 year old non-smoker who has had ED problems since my early 40s.

So....try and let things rest for the 6 week  healing period, you might just be surprised

By the way, the settings I used were 70mj @ 15 hz, 2500 pulses each place, evenly spaced along the dorsal side
