If their website is to be believed, it certainly seems like legit shockwave.

They make no mention of energy levels or number of shocks per treatment.  For the same amount of money, I'd be more inclined to purchase a ~$400 device off ebay which gives user ability to customize treatments, and use the device for other purposes like injury treatment, physical therapy, etc.   But that's just me ... I prefer more control, other people may simply want a "one button" solution for ED only.

Here's the part I find concerning ... their warranty seems quite weak.  They don't appear confident in the mechanical integrity of their device.  Only designed for 2 courses of treatment.  Comments in brackets [ ] are my own:
