Hello Just Found This Forum
Purchased shockwave therapy machine last month. Already had two "professional" treatments 12 months apart. prior to buying machine. Decided to try it myself. They now want you to come in for monthly "maintenance" at $500.00. Looking forward to learn about your experiences and thoughts.

I definitely think it helped, but took 3-4 weeks for me to realize it. I was already on TRT replacement when got 1st treatment.. First time had 12 treatments twice weekly then the second time I did at my request, 1 treatment a week for 12 weeks. For me I had more of a sensitivity issue and is the reason I decided to try shockwave therapy. I started TRT in Dec 2015...pellet implants. Get them every six months. I take 5mg cialis (Canadian generic daily also). Overall, with this regimen I have a satisfactory sex life...which was zero before. I am 74 years old. I met a new partner in 2015 and she is very open and helpful. So I am basically using a 4 prong approach....1) Implants -every 6 months 2) Daily Cialis - 5mg 3) Shockwave therapy - monthly maintenance (self treated) 4) Neo40 daily by Humann (nitric oxide booster). This regimen is working well at this time, not perfect but very much improved.

sensitivity like a lack of? My head has always been really insensitive. I think I came close to orgasm once in my life from oral. It feels nice but that’s usually it
One thing that kind of helped for that was covering my glands (I’m circumcised but have enough foreskin to cover it with a cheap Velcro silk device) and keeping it moisturized. After a day of that I’d be really sensitive for a short time but it doesn’t last that long.
