Don't buy from beautytsl.com
I hate to dump on one shockwave manufacturer, but I feel that there is mounting bad evidence against them. My machine was from Lingmei/BeautyTSL. The handle went bad after a few months and they replaced it without an issue. The customer service rep was very nice and helpful, Then, the replacement handle went bad, and once again they replaced it, but it cost me $150 to send the bad handles back to China. Now, GM bought a newer version of their shockwave machine and his handle went bad too. For me, this is enough evidence to suggest people steer clear of beautytsl.com
