Are the latest $300-$500 devices hitting eBay as good as the $1300 one

A company called MyWaveSolution seems to be making these cheaper shockwave devices.  They have Shockwave Frequency of 1.0 MHz, Pulse Delivery Rate of 100Hz.  Does this seem like a competent device or does it seem too cheaply-made to you?

I saw the same item about 2 weeks ago.The website was bpotentlife.com.I emailed to try to find out some information about the machine itself(such as who is the manufacturer and where)and recieved no direct answer.I then found a number to call on the site and spoke to a gentleman who seemed quite vague.I pointed out that machines are for sale all over the internet. His reply was "really where".I am however still curious to know as well if these less expensive machines are any good,so I'm hoping to see some feedback as well.

These are NOT ShockWave devices these are LIPIS ultrasound devices, False advertising with the wave name. Pulsed ultrasound and Low Intensity Excorporal ShockWave work completely different.

Thank you!  I had a feeling it was too good to be true.  Seems that as of now, DIY folks had better be prepared to pay $1200+ for the real deal.
