Things are improving at a quicker pace. To avoid the kidney issues I have dropped dosing to 6 grams a day using the corpa injection. I have added a cock ring to try to trap the HPBCD a bit longer. 
The lastest thing I have done now that the blood flow is good ( I haven't had a cold shriveled penis for over a month by the way) is add a weighted kegel exercise (PE gym makes this device and definitely suggest this is it is easy to use and focuses on the to muscles that constrict the veins at the base of the penis)

The results have been fantastic, harder and longer.  
At this pace it will probably take longer to do the last 150 grams but the results are very satisfying , I am at the point where just viewing porn give me a semi with no physical contact and no medication..haven't had that in decades.

By the way the kegel exerciser came with a 2 ounce ring and then additional weights...I am just moving to the second 2 ounce weight addition. I am literally fixing my problem quickly.

Well the results from my last round are very impressive. I did 5 days in a row at 6 grams with the corpora cavernosa injection alternating side and positions in length. 
Slightly overdid it an had 1-2 days of bad dick days...Nitric Oxide is very important. 
Day 3 hard as fuck , weighted kegels are definitely helping like hell , Mr Happy is swinging . I woke up one day with the hardest morning wood in recent memory.

I think after the next round I will cut my Viagra dose to 50 from 100. It will truly be a moment of truth for this therapy.

One last note for the day , If I were to do it all over I would have probably stopped the systematic treatment after 2000 grams because if you don't recall I was have what I think was the beginning of heart disease reynauds sydrome. Also my BPH symptoms complety disappeared. My improved night vision was a great unintended benefit as well as my clearer thinking . So I really did need it systematically.

After that I have just about double maybe even tripled my erectile performance in the last month with direct injections to the penis. 

Do your research and heal yourself for about the cost of the shockwave machine or less.

Dosing

The application of this new modality on my own has had ups and downs. First of all the high doses after a period of about 3 months definitley led to lower eGFR (kidney function scores) . After a year of high doses it seems they are pretty sensitive to the process. My last test 2 days ago revealed a GFR of 63 . Looking over my charts I have been here before. According to my records I do believe that I took a month an a half off and the shot back up to 83 so not really worried, however gonna take 2 weeks off, go in for testing and then proceed.
I will now be doing doses of only 3.5 grams as from what I am understanding  that is the closest dose that you can have that minimally affects kidney function. So that formula would be .045g/kg. 
When I resume I will give you all updates of the effects. 
That being said even at 7g doses the effects on the kidneys particulary NO production is far less severe than when I was doing 12 and 25 per dose. I know this stuff works , and my sexual performance is absolutely unrecognizable from when I started this journey.

Thats really good news Groovin. If you do drop out of regular updates please stop by every now & then and update us. I check the forum almost daily but you and I are the only ones posting. I'm sure there's lurkers.
