Shockwave + Vacuum Pumping
Hey there, was just curious if any of you are using vacuum pumping in conjunction with your shockwave treatments? I've read that some Gainswave practitioners recommend daily vacuum pumping to keep blood flowing into the penis. Seems like this would be helpful to encourage healing and growth there.
Are any of you doing this? And if so, what's your routine like? (Frequency, how long you do each session, etc.)

My machine arrives on Thursday, and I do plan to try it after some mild vacume pump work. But, i am going to keep it mild as there are not any studies that I have read on this, and I don't want to cause a negative reaction due to something unknown. So I am going to just pump it up without any real strain before my Shockwave treatment. I will be tracking my progress.
