This is interesting, but it seems to be all about one small study several years ago. I can't find any more recent research.

I'm kind of surprised to hear you say that the research is poor. I know there have been issues with some of the studies, but overall I find the research into shockwave therapy to be more extensive that just about any other treatment for ED. Most studies do include the treatment protocols.
While it is true that they don't measure bloodflow, most studies use the IETF-5 instrument for assessing ED, which is more or less the standard for ED research,
There are literally dozens of published papers on the subject, including meta-studies.

As TC says, the Phoenix is only sold online. I don't know why that's a problem. A lot of companies don't operate brick-and-mortar stores. I understand that the owners of Launch Medical are working on a deal with GAINSwave to produce a model of the Phoenix that will be sold through the GAINSwave clinics, but that's a separate matter.

Has anyone included a vacuum pump as part of your protocol?
The therapeutic use of a pump is to increase blood flow to the penis. I understand it's often combined with other treatments.

I'd check out the Phoenix. It was created by the owner of a clinic. He actually consulted with the companies that make their equipment on treatment protocols. He then launched a company to produce a home device that matches the specifications of the in-clinic devices.
