It's the same
Sorry for the late reply.

See here pic of my manual i got with my machine:
It says power settings possible are 1-12
which is 10-120mj
so i think dicklimppen's machine is different. I will try your same protocol, 90mj 15mm convex without cover for 3 weeks.
Anyway can you post a pic of your 15mm heardwork? cause maybe it can be different from mine and from others machines

"thanks, so you did 6-7 treatments ( 2 per week) without condom and without blue cover, right?"
yes
"but in your video () you were using the large 36mm head () , not 15mm."
No, i was using 15mm head (but i think concave) underneath the blue cap
"i'm using this 15mm convex head:
I am also using this one since last weeks
thanks, anyway you are using 75mj with power setting on 9. you can see in this pic: ( posted by dicklimppen)
infact yesterday i used 70mj (on my machine i can select only 70 and not 75).
u were using power settings on 9 in your treatments, right?

I think i did 3 weeks
It was painful once with red marks, next time i pressed a bit more in, then it was better. I also did 2 herz instead of 1 herz cause 1 herz was so painful
thanks, so you did 6-7 treatments ( 2 per week) without condom and without blue cover, right?
but in your video () you were using the large 36mm head () , not 15mm.
i'm using this 15mm convex head:
in your treatments do you use the same head that i use or the big one 36mm?

Perhaps this is not reliable but i think i feel improvement.
I took only half of viagra than normal, and it all went really great.
Hm. Perhaps the 90mj is working and the former 20mj did not, this could make sense.
Hi dream
Did you do 3 weeks without condom and blue cover or just few days? cause i tried without the blue cover with the 15mm convex head and it was really painful with many red dots on my skin.
Maybe your 15mm workhead is different?

Hi WannaBeHard , thanks for your posts.
I bought a similar machine (with touchscreen and with a minimum of 50mj and max 200) but i've done 2-3 treatments with 3000 pulses and i had minimal positive effects.
Did you use the blue cover with the 1,5" head? And when you say 2000 shots x 2-4 times, you mean you do like 6000-8000 shots every treaments? for 2-3 treatments a week they are about 16000/24000 shots a week, right?
Sorry for my english.

@hopefullHD in your old post you told that it was better 90mj than 10-15mj.
you said that 15mj was too low. Now with 50mj and 15mm head is better for you? Cause i have the machine but i i think i will use 50mj with the 30mm head (the bigger). It's ok or too low? Thanks
and for @dicklimppen did you ever try 50-60mj for your venous leak instead of 90-100mj? just to compare the results. thanks again

Yes, take the 36W!!!
Actually there are no "settings" on these bulbs: they emit both wavelengths at the same time (be aware that you won't see half the bulbs glow, because their light is hardly detectable to the human eye, but they do are working).
@Gabriel thanks very much. Anyway i have to buy the flexible shaft, do you know where i can buy it? But i can use the red light without it, right? just i have to hold the bulb for 20 minutes ![]()

It's not the same color, but I think it's clearly the same properties, from a chinese manufacturer who changes names and aspects of its products each month but actually remaining the same I guess!!
Edit: fuck it, again this site won't let me insert an image ; it's asking me for an URL (I don't have an URL, I have a fucking .jpg !!), and when I try to juste paste the image in the post, it just puts 3843790379849374 lines of code and no picture. I try to send it to you via pm
Edit 2 : fuck it again, doesn't work either via pm; managed to find a site with an article where I can see the exact same bulb I have, or at least one that looks exactly alike :
--> The one under the line : "The Red-Infrared Combo Mini is our most popular product."
@Gabriel yes your machine is very similar to this:
But it's only 24w. So i think the 36w red light that i posted before, it's better (do you think the same?). I need to find a flexible shaft to support it.
Anyway, did you use the 660nm or the 850nm settings for the ED?
