What energy setting people are using?

What energy setting people are using?
I am curious on what protocols others are using. I will assume everyone is using a wide 15 or 20 mm head.

I did 2 herz, but now changed to 3 herz (procedure length of 18min)
15mm diametre -> 177 mm2 surface area
0.09 mj per mm2
177m2 -> 16mj
So.. my setting 2 is 20mj and is the closest i come to that
So i guess i leave it at 2

Have you improved significantly?
Did you take a break for a few weeks and go a second round?
I just started my treatment at lower settings.
