Re: My KmsLaser SW5S device experience journal

So I’m confused. Is the 90mj 14hz too high intensity or not?

I’ve done a round at 90mj and 13hz

I did one today about a week apart at 90mj 10hz

Hz is the number of pulses not the intensity. 14 is fine.

Re: My KmsLaser SW5S device experience journal

I know but the earlier post had a calculation that implied this configuration produced high intensity shockwaves (like those used to explode kidney stones)

Can you confirm that his calculations are incorrect?

Thanks

Re: My KmsLaser SW5S device experience journal

I think this is THE issue that we need to learn from each other.  Both how to calcuate it and what actually works.
I have had excellent results with low energy and medium Hz, 20mm head 15 MJ and 10 Hz, but do want to also note that my issue was lack of blood circulation due to trauma from surgery. Other cuases might be better treated with other protocols.
