Excerpt from Boston Medical Group webpage
When you feel anxious, your body releases powerful stress hormones such as epinephrine (also called adrenaline) and norepinephrine. ... This means that even men with none of the main physical causes of erectile dysfunction (ED) can have trouble getting an erection if they feel anxious or nervous before sex.
These factors cause a surge of adrenaline which reduces blood flow to the penile area, often resulting in erectile difficulty. Psychological ED may become self-perpetuating. After several episodes of repeated failure, the body becomes accustomed to releasing adrenaline=16px at the very thought of a sexual encounter.
Wow, that is surprising!

That everything was okay on vacation suggests that there is something at home that's getting in the way.
There are so many sources of stress these days... take for example, those stupid scam robo calls. Even though everybody hangs up instantly, it's a more-or-less constant deluge of interruptions. Remembering relative's birthdays...an annoying neighbor...and on and on. It's so easy to just get thrown off.
I wish I had an answer - I get thrown off too sometimes. But when things are working, they definitely are working better for me since I've done SW.
