Dealt with the dehydration issue by drinking 1.5 gallons of water everyday of treatment. Still a problem but not as bad.
Just finished the second cycle (a cycle is 400 Grams)  and continued improvement ...Nice to wake up with morning wood , except the hitting the toilet part lol.
My does are either 15 or 30 depending on how hydrated I feel.
Now I am dealing with the mental aspects of ED namely performance anxiety, making sure I enjoy myself instead of worry about my physical response may take a minute, but I am sure as the condition gets better it will be easier.
I can now do things in bed I haven't done for years.

Just a random update...I went from being almost non responsive to viagra/cialis to actually having a quickie.
Notes: laborious treatment, sterilzing, planning , injecting with an improvement that I calculate at less than .75 percent everyday. 
But it is working. 
Cost so far is estimated at $190 per month. If it last me 10 years (I expect longer , took me 30 years to get to this point) it will be worth it . Additionally , no heart or vascular problems, better kidney , liver health and clearer vision. I am all in.

Yes I am, it has been far more effective than the butt shots. I has taken some time but I have been safely injecting for 2.25 cycles now (A cycle to me is 400 grams) . I plan on doing this for 5 cycles, maybe 6 as I figure each cycle is between 10- 15% shrinkage in plaques.

Dehydration is the only one...at the end of a 5 day treatment period with 15-30 grams a day I still need 2 days to get my body fluids right and that with consuming over a gallon of rehydrating fluids daily.
