They both have the same application handle which is the most crucial part. I would ask each manufacturer to give you their warranty and see which one is best.

it's much smaller than other machine. Do you think is a good? I mean about frequency and intensity, do you think is identical to the other machines? Cause there is no manual i think

I'm sure it is just as effective as any other machine. It just sounds and looks really cheap to me.
