I bought my machine from DHGate in China. It didn’t come with a manual. When a I contacted them they e,ailed it to me and said that was standard procedure.

I’m 5’7” and weighed 248. Got down to 208 on the Keto diet. Drifted up to 220. Working on it again. Plan is to get down to 190. Only downside is cutting out alcohol.
